1670 Dulce PX Organic. Designation of Origin Málaga. Grape variety: 100% Pedro Ximénez.
Alcohol Content: 15% Vol. 8.6º Baumé. 190 g/l reducing sugars.
Tasting Notes:
Visual Phase Dark mahogany. Iodine highlights. Glycerin tear.
Olfactory Phase Caramel, toffee, dried figs, dried fruit. Wood. Roasted. Cocoa. Spices. Gustatory Phase Dense, creamy, glycerin, sweet, and silky.
Cured Reserva cheese aged for 5 to 6 months. Made with raw milk from goats, mostly from the Malaga breed, and matured in Verdial variety extra virgin olive oil from the Montes de Málaga Natural Park during its final two months of curing. It has a medium salty and very mild bitterness, with a spicy touch and a long lingering taste. (250 g)
